Place:
Colombo Niza Branch : exhibition hall, located in Bulevar Shopping Center, third floor, north side.

Indigenous communities, and peasant women, are carriers of knowledge transmitted orally through their generations. This knowledge has allowed them to understand their environments and create thoughts enhancing community life and strengthen relationships through nature elements.

Uaira Uaua (son of the wind) is the traditional name of Benjamín Jacanamijoy Tisoy, artist of the Inga people who uses plastic arts to tell stories in a great interweaving.

The exhibition "Inga" invites you to reflect on our relationship with nature, with the knowledge of our peoples, the importance of oral tradition and art as a historical document.
